Job description:
•Develop, plan, and create engaging content for digital platforms, ensuring all content is optimised for SEO to increase visibility and engagement.
•Advise executives and clients on advertising tactics to target markets, raise consumer awareness, and promote products and services effectively.
•Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, TV/film production, and media placement, while adhering to time and budget constraints.
•Conduct research on industry trends, target audience behaviour, and SEO performance to inform content creation and improve online presence.
•Support business growth by preparing and executing marketing strategies, policies, and programmes.
•Commission and conduct market research to identify opportunities for new and existing products and services.
•Provide advice on marketing elements, including product mix, advertising, sales promotion, and distribution channels.
•Create, schedule, and publish marketing content across social media platforms and websites.
•Monitor campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
•Analyse data from digital marketing campaigns and platforms.
•Recommend improvements to digital content to enhance search engine performance.
Qualifications/Attributes:???
•Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field or have at least five years of relevant experience in lieu of a formal qualification.
•Must have at least 1 year of experience.
•In-depth knowledge of market research methods, statistical analysis, and digital marketing techniques.
•Ability to manage advertising campaigns, from concept through to execution, while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise and collaborate with executives and clients on marketing strategies.
•Familiarity with content creation, social media management, and SEO strategies.
•Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
