We are seeking an experienced Technology Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership at a Secondary school.
About the Role
* Oversee a team of staff and remote resources, guiding them to enhance teaching and learning through cutting-edge technology.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure technology infrastructure aligns with educational objectives.
* Develop and implement annual technology roadmaps and budgets, ensuring seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead IT projects, ensuring successful delivery and ongoing support, training, and operational excellence.
2. Oversee operational procedures for managing technology systems, ensuring they meet service level agreements.
3. Drive cyber security initiatives in collaboration with the Risk & Security team.
Requirements
* Comprehensive IT expertise covering service desk ticketing, escalations, and end-to-end ICT support.
* Experience delivering end-to-end ICT services, including service desk operations, ticketing and escalations, systems administration, and enterprise security.
* Extensive experience across diverse technologies, with expertise in cloud platforms, service desk support, mail systems, web platforms, VOIP, and data backups.
