The Doorways Team provide person-centred trauma-informed care, facilitate short-term financial assistance, and walk side-by-side with participants as they build the skills and knowledge to break the cycle of poverty.**About the role:**Reporting to the Doorways Regional Manager (DRM), the Doorways Case Worker is responsible for providing case work support to community members who request material assistance and to those who would benefit from more specialized assistance.You will provide support, guidance and encouragement within a case work setting, to community members who are wanting to make positive changes in their life.
