About the role
Due to ongoing growth, a new position has come up to lead one of their Agricultural dealerships located in Griffith, New South Wales. As such, we are looking to speak with experienced Branch Managers (or Service/Sales/Parts Managers keen to step up) to join the team and undertake what will surely be a rewarding challenge. The ideal candidate will be results driven, who is keen to show what they can do and run the business as if it's their own. Customer service is paramount, and you will ensure that your team delivers top quality service to their valued clients. At this location, you will be helping to lead a team of around 12 staff across all departments. But there is so much potential here that it could be the biggest branch in the group! Automotive, Truck and other industry experienced leaders are encouraged to apply. Previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment is not required, but would be advantageous for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply. Ideally you will have:
1. Proven experience in a similar role, supervising a team
2. Experience mentoring, leading and helping teams to meet KPIs
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements
5. Strong computer literacy skills with exposure to industry leading Dealer Management Systems
An excellent remuneration package, comprising of a healthy retainer and incentive scheme will be offered to the successful candidate. Company car, laptop and phone will also be provided.
