**Job Description**:
Toll Plastics division is searching for an experienced Fleet Allocator to plan and co-ordinate the PUD of consignments, to ensure the effective and efficient utilisation of the fleet on a minimum cost basis, ensuring customer satisfaction. Managing the local and interstate packaged consignment, whilst supporting bulk deliveries, rail, import and exports. This role will be based at our Laverton North multi-user site servicing a contracted customer 365 day a year.

Reporting to the Transport Supervisor, this role has strong succession plan opportunities and career path possibilities. Take advantage of our bespoke learning management system and operations systems (Tollworks, SAP, Paperless, Freight Web & 1-Stop) as well as our stable and sustainable relationships with key customers to progress your career.

As the Fleet Allocator, you will:

- Be responsible for up to 10 driver/contractors
- Coordinate the safe, cost-effective and efficient delivery of packaged and pallet movements
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding pickups/deliveries to customer CSR's, or other issues
- Accurately record and input all pallet movements relating to CHEP Pallet Accounts, as well as report and action any maintenance issues
- Champion Toll's Safety Obsessed culture, and model safety behaviours

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 5+ years experience in transport/logistics or a fleet management role.
- Strong customer service capability, can do attitude and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Align to Toll Values; Teamwork, Integrity, Customer, Accountability and Progress.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviours, as well as a safety focus, and lead from the front
