Colac Area Health currently has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our busy Infection Control team.
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the provision of a high level of administrative service to support the functions of Staff vaccinations and Serology.
This position will work closely with the Infection Prevention Coordinator and Vaccination Nurses.
To be successful in the role you will possess:
- Proven experience and ability to provide an efficient customer service 
- Proficient in IT Software including Microsoft office (eg. word, excel, outlook, teams) 
- Knowledge of medical terminology and privacy principles 
- Excellent communication and organisational skills 
- Ability to prioritise workload 
- Attention to detail 
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a diverse team
