About you:
In your new role you will......
Lead the Nursing and Midwifery Education team to function as a high performing team to achieve strategic and operational goals and key performance indicators through positive role-modelling, and attitudes, highly developed communication and interpersonal skills including consultation, liaison, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Participate in Statewide ND-Education & Research Forums for achieving statewide Nursing and Midwifery workforce education and training priorities.
Collaborate with the Nursing Director of Strategic Planning and Workforce and the Nursing Director of Professional Practice and Clinical Standards to foster a culture of safety and quality and assist in the development of responsive strategic and operational action plans.
