About your role: * Providing woman-centred, family-oriented evidence-based and contemporary postnatal care to women and their neonates. * Maintain sound knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines and standards specifically relating to midwifery practice and ensure safe, appropriate application of same. * Effectively communicate at all levels across the organisation to promote effective team functioning. * Implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance in the relevant work area.
