About the Opportunity
As a highly motivated and results-driven team player, we are seeking an accomplished individual to join our leadership team as an Assistant Store Manager.
You will be responsible for driving sales growth and operational excellence in one of our stores. This includes assisting in staff recruitment and development, local area marketing, store merchandising, transaction management, and waste reduction.
The successful candidate will be available to work across the store trading hours, including weekends when required. A strong coffee skills is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives
* Deliver exceptional customer service driven by personal charisma and energy
* End-to-end management of a company-owned store, including responsibility for staff, stock, sales, compliance, and budgets
* Create a culture that delivers the highest customer experience in the network
