The day to day
o Provide evidence-based clinical care in the community with a focus on Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Hospital Substitution programs
o Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs
o Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals
o Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes
o Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor
Additional
o Required: Community or hospital OT experience
o Qualifications: Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration
o Requirement: Valid driver's licence, insured vehicle
