We're looking for an experienced Payroll Officer with strong knowledge of Employment Hero to join a close-knit team of three, reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager. Responsibilities: Process monthly payroll for 500 employees across multiple Australian and New Zealand entities. Support the smooth integration of two new entities into the existing payroll structure. Maintain accurate employee data and respond to payroll-related queries in a timely manner. Ensure payroll compliance with both Australian and New Zealand legislation. Collaborate closely with HR and Finance to ensure alignment and data integrity. Your profile: Proven payroll experience across multi-entity environments. Hands-on experience with Employment Hero. Knowledge of both AU and NZ payroll processes.
