**Schedule**: Various shifts between the hours of 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday, as required.

**About The Role**
- Identify cost savings within purchasing for WDP
Monitor and report variations in items sourced for distribution
Review blocked PO report and minimize number of lines
Manage labour and overtime costs
Review back-order report weekly and liaise with BU or procurement for solutions
Provide regular and timely feedback to team members
Collaborate with colleagues to identify improvements in purchasing processes
Ensure purchase orders are created daily in SAP
Review and develop the Store Ordering Processes
Provide feedback on stock management and purchasing improvements
Enter goods receipting for all incoming items
Identify and resolve receipting issues by liaising with stakeholders
Implement and manage stocktakes and review min/max stock levels
Review supplier contracts for continuous improvement in supply processes and pricing structure
Monitor SAP reports for outstanding PO's and backorders
Assist with manual handling and pick/pack duties as required
Generate reports as needed
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to identify workload and multiskilling opportunities

**About You**
- Experience in warehouse / inventory operations
- Previous experience delivering an exceptional customer experience
- A proven track record in building and maintaining good working relationships with key stakeholders
- Sound leadership ability
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
- Experience driving a WHS safety culture across a team
- A current Australian C Class driver's licence and forklift licence Sound SAP knowledge or similar inventory-based programs as well competent Excel experience**Benefits and Wellbeing**
