Your day to day
This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the most exclusive bar projects in one of Sydney's most renowned hotels.
As venue manager you will lead the guest experience journey and ensure your team are trained, inspired and confident to deliver on our service promise within our unique and luxury world class venue.
Leading a team of 20 including experienced assistant bar managers, mixologists and bartenders, you will be hands on delivering on service standards, financial and commercial performance of the venue including managing the P&L, driving revenue and sales and achieving a world class service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
What we need from you
You will be a talented bar management professional with proven experience in a high-end environment in a leadership role where quality beverage, wine and food are key priorities.
You will have a natural flair for service and in delivering a strong luxury service culture, with a natural ability to motivate and develop your team.
* Previous leadership experience within a high-end venue, bar or restaurant
* A strong background in F&B senior management
* Proven ability to run a commercially successful venue or outlet achieving financial, revenue and operational goals
* Impeccable presentation and grooming we are a high-end Luxury venue
* Ability to connect with VIP guests and visitors is an absolute must
* You must meet the legal requirements to live and work in Australia
* Valid NSW RSA Competency card.
