ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an office-based, full-time position. Your key responsibilities include:
* Answer calls and support RACF & HACC clients
* Manage single and bulk shift bookings
* Match healthcare staff to shifts (training provided)
* Complete general admin tasks
* Respond promptly to client and staff inquiries
* Build client relationships through reverse marketing & sales
* Occasionally represent Crewe Sharp at expos and events
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has:
* Rostering, scheduling or Aged Care experience valued (not essential)
* Confident with Microsoft Office and technology
* Accurate data entry and thrive in a fast-paced role
* Excellent communication and professional phone manner
* Work well independently and in a team
* Proactive and think outside the square when allocating shifts
