User Experience Designer for Enterprise UX Transformation
This role focuses on reimagining complex configuration tools and translating them into intuitive, workflow-based experiences.
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can distill deeply nested settings and logic into approachable interfaces, ensuring responsive design patterns across devices.
* Translate enterprise configuration workflows into simplified, guided SMB experiences (e.g., setup wizards, question-based forms, smart defaults)
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and other designers to evolve complex systems into modular, reusable UI patterns
* Design and document responsiveness across breakpoints, ensuring mobile-first workflows without sacrificing power
* Break down configuration requirements into scalable UX logic, balancing automation with customization
* Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI assets that clearly convey interaction intent
* Lead or contribute to UX workshops or design sessions that focus on system simplification and onboarding
* Partner with UX researchers to test assumptions with real users and iterate rapidly
* Advocate for design system consistency while also contributing to its evolution based on SMB needs
This role requires 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience with proven work in enterprise SaaS or configuration-heavy platforms.
The ideal candidate should have experience designing onboarding workflows, setup wizards, or question-based configuration UIs, as well as a deep understanding of responsive design patterns, mobile UX considerations, and component-based design systems.
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, UX, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required. Advanced UX training or certifications in systems thinking or enterprise UX are a plus.
