Job Title: Experienced Healthcare Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Experienced Healthcare Professional. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert nursing practice within the Emergency Department, planning, coordinating and decision making within the department, developing and implementing quality and risk management strategies, leading and mentoring teams, and communicating effectively with patients, families and healthcare professionals.
This is an open-ended recruitment pool, and we will assess applications on a regular basis. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality patient care using leadership, advanced nursing skills and knowledge relevant to the Emergency Department.
* Providing advanced nursing practice within the Emergency Department.
* Planning, coordinating and decision making within the Emergency Department.
* Developing and implementing quality and risk management strategies within the Emergency Department.
* Leading and mentoring teams within the Emergency Department.
* Communicating effectively with patients, families and healthcare professionals.
