Your responsibilities include: Achieve sales targets while delivering compassionate, solution-focused service Coach customers through their sleep health journey, offering tailored recommendations Stay up to date with ResMedâs product training and knowledge Manage client follow-ups, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records Ensure clinic presentation meets high standardsâstock management, cleanliness, and organization Maintain and reprocess trial equipment Liaise confidently with third parties when needed What You Bring Weâre looking for someone who is: Experienced: Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service, with multitasking skills Detail-oriented: POS, cash handling, and visual merchandising experience Calm & compassionate: Able to support customers with empathy, even under pressure A strong communicator: Adaptable, confident, and solution-focused Tech-savvy: Familiarity with MYOB or MedTech is a plus Healthcare-minded: Background in pharmacy or healthcare is preferred Why Join Us?
