What you'll be doing
* Designing innovative omni-channel solutions that improve client outcomes and deliver business efficiency.
* Partnering with stakeholders, vendors, and product owners to co-create experiences that work in the real world.
* Using customer insights, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping to transform services from concept to implementation.
* Facilitating workshops, usability testing, and embedding service design frameworks across the organisation.
* Championing human-centred design and inspiring others to think differently about how services are delivered.
Skills and experience
* Proven experience in strategic service design and delivering end-to-end, human-centred solutions.
* Solid skills in user research, prototyping, A/B testing, and designing for accessibility.
* Confident workshop facilitator with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to balance client, business, and technology needs while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
* Proficiency in Miro, Microsoft Office Suite, and service design tools.
