The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to a dynamic department. Key responsibilities include:
* Manually processing and managing documents, files, and other relevant paperwork

* Preparation of reports, minutes, and presentations using MS Office
* Performing data entry tasks, including entering information into databases
* Ensuring accurate travel arrangements and financial reporting as needed
This position requires an individual with excellent organizational skills, proficient in MS Office, and capable of adapting to new technology and procedures.
They must possess exceptional communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times.
This role offers the opportunity for semi-autonomous work in a collaborative team environment, with a casual hourly rate and standard business hours on three days per week.
