Your Role
CSL Behring's plasma base fractionation facility at Broadmeadows in Victoria, Australia, was recently named **** Facility of the Year by the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) for its full-scale application and integration of robotics and automation technologies.
We are hiring two Project Managers to support the Project Delivery team to deliver a fast tracked Tier 1 CAPEX Project.
Roles are available as 1 x Ongoing and 1 x Fixed Term 2 year contract.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager/Project Director you will:
Support the delivery of Tier 1 CAPEX projects at CSL Broadmeadows
Project delivery of capital assets consistent with project goals and business case
Deliver project scope through all design phases, construction, FAT/SAT, startup and verification testing
Compliance with Stage Gate process, PD Playbook, Engineering Standards and CSL CoE Best Practices, Policies, and Standards
Manage vendors and contractors in the successful fulfilment of the relevant scope of work
Contribute to a safe construction environment throughout the project
Take ownership of EHS through emphasis on EHS by Design and Principles of Prevention
Your Experience
A Tertiary degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline
Demonstrated success with at least 5+ years' experience in Project Delivery, Design & Construction & Start-up, in biopharma, life sciences or other regulated industry
Experience in bulk/fractionation pharmaceutical production projects is highly desirable
Experience in Clean Utilities projects is highly desirable
Experience with project management and experience managing capital projects (up to $10 million), meeting financial targets, and driving cost savings
Experience with diverse project teams, working collaboratively with a variety of internal and external resources to deliver successful projects safely, on time and on budget
Good understanding of cGMP, GEP and EHS&S requirements globally
