We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our supportive and dynamic team from September 2026, at a specialist school catering for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism.

The Role:
* Support students both in and out of the classroom
* Help manage behaviour in a calm and positive manner
* Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support
* Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
* Encourage independence, confidence, and social development

* A caring, patient, and resilient attitude
* A genuine interest in supporting children with SEMH and Autism
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Experience working with children or young adults experiencing similar difficulties.
* A willingness to learn and undertake relevant training

In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
