Our fun, supportive, and highly skilled team is looking for a motivated "go‐getter" with a bright personality to lead our front‐of‐house services and deliver exceptional client care.
About the Role
As our Client Care Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face of our clinic and a key part of ensuring a smooth, positive experience for both clients and their pets. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you'll play an integral role in coordinating care, supporting the veterinary team, and maintaining a calm, organised, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding client service in a fast‐paced, front‐facing role
* Coordinate patient care and priorities alongside the veterinary team
* Manage appointment scheduling and booking systems
* Educate clients on services, wellness programs, and treatment options
* Handle accounts, including estimates, invoicing, and payments
* Maintain accurate records, reminders, and recall systems
* Ensure compliance with privacy and workplace health & safety standards
* Support marketing efforts including social media and campaigns
* Keep reception and waiting areas clean, organised, and welcoming
About You
* Experience in a client‐facing role within a veterinary or medical setting
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
* Compassionate, friendly, and calm under pressure
* High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
* A genuine love for animals and commitment to their wellbeing

This is a full‐time position working Tuesday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm.
