About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join
Menumiz, an emerging startup in the hospitality tech space. In this field-based role, you’ll be
on the frontlines of our growth journey—building relationships, securing new customers, and
helping businesses discover the value of our innovative SaaS solutions.
You’ll play a key part in shaping our sales success story, with the freedom to manage your
territory, hit your monthly sales targets, and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategically plan and execute activities to identify, pursue, and close new Hospitality business.
• Proactively build and manage a strong sales pipeline through face-to-face meetings,
demos, and field outreach.
• Foster long-term relationships with customers by delivering outstanding support and
follow-up service.
• Present Menumiz solutions in a consultative and value-driven way.
• Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets within your assigned region.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to meet customer needs and share insights.
• Be a visible and active presence in the field—generating new leads every month.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive offerings.
What We’re Looking For
• Demonstrated success in B2B field sales—ideally within SaaS, tech, or startup
environments.
• A self-starter with a hunter mindset and a genuine passion for sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative, solutions-based
approach.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage a flexible, autonomous
schedule.
• Proficiency using CRM tools and reporting systems. Restaurant POS Knowledge will be a Plus
• Valid driver’s license and full working rights in Australia.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a love for fast-paced environments.

Remuneration/Additional info:
* OTE 100K - 115K
