The University of Canberra is seeking a dynamic and innovative Lecturer in Management to advance teaching and research in Human Resource Management (HRM), with a particular focus on the role and adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) across operational, administrative and strategic HR functions.
You will contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant education and research, exploring how AI transforms workforce planning, reskilling, recruitment, performance management, and employee experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A PhD or equivalent qualifications or research experience in Human Resource Management or a related field
* Demonstrated expertise in AI's role within HR functions
* Strong commitment to student learning and innovative teaching
* Evidence of research capability and potential for publication
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
