About the role
Opportunities to work as a part of our professional team as a dental nurse and as a dental reception have arisen. This is a part-time working Monday to Friday (Saturday on roster basis) with above award wages. Part time hours would be atleast 30-36 hours/week.
You will be required to perform the following duties:
* patient care and management
* preparing the room
* assisting the dentist chairside
* processing and sterilising the instruments
* maintaining infection control protocols
* taking patient notes
* reception-including taking payments, making appointments, cashing up, liasing with the clinicians and patients, treatment coordination.
* working in the best interests of our patients
Previous dental experience is not essential as training will be provided. But willingness to learn and positive attitude is required.
Our practice has a focus on continuing education and you will be provided with ongoing personal and professional development.
