Job Description
This is a senior, customer-facing role focused on premium product sales, strategic business development, and value-based selling. You'll be responsible for identifying and targeting high-value customers, influencing end-user decisions, and driving adoption of Harrison's premium lubricants and additives. The role offers national scope, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a respected brand backed by technical expertise and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share in lubricants and specialty additives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial and commercial clients
- Apply a premium/value-based selling approach to influence end-user purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience selling greases, lubricants, oils, or specialty additives and services
- Strong strategic thinking and customer targeting capabilities
- Financial acumen and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
- Permanent work rights in Australia
- Located in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane

- Base salary up to $140,000
- $16,000 car allowance + bonus + super
