Are you an experienced ITIL Service Delivery Manager looking for your next exciting role with the potential to be a long term high ticket contract?
Our Queensland Government client is seeking a SDM to create and manage service plans between the main organisation and an internal branch. The internal branch has a key role in the support system by articulating the technology and service components involved in the daily support of the main organisation. To be successful in this role you will need to have strong interpersonal and written communication skills while also demonstrating an expert knowledge of ITIL service design and SLM practices.
- 4 month contract with potential for 2 x 12 month extensions.
- Brisbane Location.
**The day to day duties of this role include**:
- Development of new service plans
- Redevelopment of lapsed service plans
- Scheduled service reviews of existing service plans
- Scheduled monitoring and reporting of ITB performance against service plans
- Other duties as required.
- The role may have quarterly Key Performance Indicators to maintain.
- Current and varied experience across public and private sector is highly desirable.
