The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
* Connecting with young people in a genuine, youth-friendly and trauma-informed way
* Conducting assessments, delivering brief interventions, and coordinating care
* Working in a multidisciplinary team with GPs, allied health, vocational specialists and more
* Supporting young people in the centre, in the community, and via telehealth
* Being part of a values-driven, supportive team that cares as much as you do
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing or Human Services
* Experience with mental health assessments, brief interventions and risk management
* An understanding of trauma-informed, early intervention support
* ACA Level 3+ or equivalent, or postgrad mental health qualifications
* The ability to connect with young people and be there when it counts
