About us:Glee Coffee Roasters is a multi-award winning specialty coffee roasting company located on the Central Coast of NSW. We are passionate coffee people, focusing on sourcing sustainable, traceable coffee from around the globe, roasting it to perfection and sending it out with love to our Glee cafe partners and home coffee enthusiasts. Our mission is about supporting cafe owners, building coffee community, and contributing to the overall growth and health of the specialty coffee industry. About the Role:This is a full-time role based out of the Central Coast, but will include surrounding areas such as Newcastle, the Hunter and potentially other regional area. As a Sales and Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for wholesale brand growth by identifying, onboarding, and maintaining new wholesale cafe partners.
Your day-to-day will centre around building strong relationships with cafe owners, supporting our wholesale partners, and helping new venues get set up well. You’ll work closely with customers to improve their coffee offering, workflow, and overall experience, while collaborating with our team to deliver consistent, high-quality support. You’ll also represent Glee within the local coffee community and contribute to growing a strong network of cafes aligned with our brand.
With the support of our leadership and wholesale support team, you would have the opportunity to make this role your own, by using the expertise you've gained previously to implement strategies and systems that promote growth and reach targets.

ExperienceIdeal candidate would have proven experience working in sales and customer support in the specialty coffee industry or coffee-adjacent industryBackground in hospitality, customer service, or cafes.Proven Sales or account management experience
