Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Clinical Lead Role Summary:

This is a key role within our organisation, responsible for providing clinical leadership and support to the SEWB and Mental Health teams. The successful candidate will work closely with the Cultural lead and cultural advisors in implementing the SEWB framework and model of care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide SEWB clinical advice and leadership in support of the SEWB and Mental Health service delivery.
">
* Provide SEWB services to referred Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals in line with agreed service delivery model.
">
* Contribute to evaluation and monitoring frameworks.
">
* Maintain ATSIMHFA accreditation and ensure all reporting of training undertaken is provided to MHFAA and manager as required.
">

Requirements:
">
The ideal candidate will have well-developed interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, experience working within an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation or an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community Organisation, and a 'C' Class Driver's License.
