You’ll take ownership of the patisserie program, working independently to deliver high-quality, consistent products that showcase your creativity and expertise. Reporting into our Head Baker, you’ll be the go-to for all things sweet.
What You’ll Do
- Work autonomously to manage your production schedule and daily targets
- Ensure every product looks as good as it tastes, with an eye for finishing and presentation
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the bakery team to refine recipes and contribute to new product ideas
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant qualifications and proven experience as a Pastry Chef (2+ years preferred)
- Ability to work independently, managing your own section and workflow
- High attention to detail, quality, and consistency
- A readiness to start as soon as possible (ideally within 2–3 weeks)
