About the role
We are seeking a full-time Labourer / Yardy to join our team at Colemans Contracting & Earthmoving Pty Ltd in Humpty Doo, NT. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our construction and earthmoving operations.
What you'll be doing
1. Performing basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment
2. Assisting with various construction and earthmoving tasks
3. Loading and unloading materials and equipment
4. Operation of lawmowers and gardening tools essential
5. Small Machine operations experience ie Chain Saw, Pressure cleaner.
6. Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
7. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a labouring or yard hand role, ideally in the construction or earthmoving industry
2. A strong work ethic and commitment to safety
3. The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
4. Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
5. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
