APS4 Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant for our federal government agency. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to senior executives and ensure the smooth operation of business line functions in accordance with relevant legislation, procedures, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting correspondence and reports under general direction.
2. Managing files, diaries, emails, and answering enquiries.
3. Organising and coordinating meetings, teleconferences, and venues.
4. Arranging travel and accommodation.
5. Providing administrative support for the delivery of programs and events for the Division.
6. Supporting senior executives to ensure all business functions are undertaken in compliance with APS Values, Code of Conduct, Employment Principles, WHS obligations, and AFSA's risk management framework.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in administrative support roles.
* Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* National Baseline Clearance
