Introduction
First Focus is seeking a senior IT qualified to fill a new role as a Senior Consultant and Enterprise Account Manager. The successful candidate will have substantial experience working with senior and C-level personnel within clients approaching 1000 seats, and possess consulting competence in areas including IT strategy design and execution, IT infrastructure, application specification, security, technology resourcing and operations.
The Role
The perfect candidate will be instrumental in structuring their own role within our business. You'll wear two hats: Senior Consultant and Enterprise Account Manager. This isn't a role where you inherit someone else's patch and keep the lights on.
This is a chance to build something meaningful, with the autonomy to shape how you engage, consult, and deliver value to enterprise clients.
You'll be the trusted advisor to organisations approaching 1000 seats—working directly with senior stakeholders and C-suite execs to help them navigate complexity, scale securely, and align technology to strategy. You'll be hands-on, visible, and accountable.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven success delivering at the highest level in a large MSP, MSSP, integrator, or similar
- Experience converting enterprise-scale opportunities and selling to the C-suite
- A track record of account management and farming (5+ years of making clients feel like VIPs)
