This role plays a vital part in supporting our field operations by managing technician scheduling, coordinating site visits, tracking ticket queues, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external vendors.As the central point of coordination, you'll be responsible for the administrative logistics behind our End User Computing (EUC) services, providing essential support to field technicians, project teams, and management.Key responsibilitiesPrioritise and schedule field technician site visits based on workload and urgencyMonitor and distribute call-queue tickets and handle ad-hoc scheduling requestsManage third-party repair processes, including invoicing and progress trackingSupport EUC teams with administrative tasks, including document preparation and formattingAssist in project execution by:Organising site plans and scheduling on-site activitiesLiaising with agency contacts regarding timelines and project coordinationTracking stock and equipment deliveriesCoordinate with Dispatch for equipment delivery and returnsAllocate job tickets to technicians and monitor task completionEscalate issues promptly to ensure SLA compliance and task resolutionCollaborate with Technical Managers to align resources with ticket demandsMaintain organised records of technical and administrative documentsRespond to ad-hoc management requests in a timely mannerProvide ongoing oversight of on-site workloads to support service delivery goalsEscalate any risks to meeting service targets or SLAsSkills & ExperienceProven experience in a fast-paced service delivery or scheduling environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage changing prioritiesA systematic approach to problem-solving and issue resolutionAbility to implement and maintain processes, reporting, and escalation protocolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and supportSelf-motivated and capable of working independently or in a teamBasic technical understanding of IT&T technologiesProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsRelevant IT qualifications or equivalent industry experience (preferred)This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being at the heart of technical coordination.
