Once settled, some WFH flexibility may be possible.What you’ll do: Key responsibilities…Plan and schedule daily and weekly maintenance activitiesCreate, update, and close out SAP work ordersCollaborate with supervisors and trades to align maintenance prioritiesCoordinate labour and parts availability with relevant teamsSupport shutdown and major maintenance events when requiredAssist with reviewing task lists and refining job plansContribute to overall planning team deliverables and continuous improvementWhat we’re looking for: About you…Experienced Maintenance Planner – background can be fixed plant, HME, CHPP, LV, or infrastructureProficient in SAP for work management (task lists/master data familiarity helpful, not essential)Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skillsMust have the right to work in AustraliaAbout UsMaintenance Systems Solutions Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company with offices throughout Australia and internationally.
