We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Supply Chain / Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure productive procurement, inventory management, and timely delivery of goods, while optimizing costs and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee inventory control, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Plan and optimize transportation and logistics for timely delivery.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Forecast demand and plan inventory to avoid stock-outs or overstock.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as production, sales, and finance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and safety norms.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the supply chain and logistics team.
