Job Description
As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will lead the governance and oversight of procurement projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic sourcing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Defining and enforcing governance frameworks for sourcing projects, supplier transitions, and procurement transformation initiatives to ensure compliance and efficiency.
* Maintaining visibility across all procurement projects, tracking milestones, dependencies, and escalating risks or delays to ensure timely delivery.
* Developing standardized templates, workflows, and delivery models tailored to procurement, including RFX timelines and supplier onboarding checklists, to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
* Delivering dashboards and reports on procurement project status, savings realization, supplier performance, and risk exposure to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
Requirements
* Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related field with a strong understanding of governance frameworks and process improvements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Able to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
