Your opportunity

As Assistant Property & Community Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Property & Community Manager in delivering the LIV brand promise, operating our asset(s) in a premium condition, and creating a desirable community through high-quality services, operational excellence, and a customer-centric approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Work with the RSA team to provide an exceptional customer experience, delivering the LIV Brand Promise, and executing the LIV Customer Charter commitments, ensuring seamless service coordination and a unified customer experience, while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Capture key customer engagement moments demonstrating the delivery of the LIV Brand Promise and LIV Customer Charter commitments.
3. Actively work to meet the objectives of the Strategic Asset Plan for the asset(s).
4. Comply with the Residential Tenancies Act, lease documentation, business unit deadlines, strategic operating procedures, and best practices.
5. Support the leasing process in line with the Strategic Asset Plan to maximize returns and reduce downtime.
6. Implement strategic programs to drive resident retention, build community, and enhance the customer experience through partnerships, events, and activations.
7. Maintain a visible onsite presence and foster a positive resident experience through energetic, efficient, and memorable interactions when responding to requests, and resolving issues.
8. Log, triage, and respond to resident complaints, feedback, and requests to increase satisfaction, ensuring escalation where necessary.
9. Present the asset(s) in optimal condition, actively using resident feedback to drive excellence in presentation, performance, and safety standards.
10. Support the Technical Services team in managing contractors and service providers, ensuring ongoing performance in accordance with Mirvac policies.
11. Provide leadership to develop team skills, knowledge, and engagement, fostering high performance.
12. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure data integrity, efficient information flow, and portfolio-wide excellence through consistent practices and shared learnings.
13. Promote Mirvac’s core values, leading by example to create a high-performing, collaborative environment.
14. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
15. Assist with projects or undertake additional duties as needed.

Your point of difference

* Real Estate Agent License is required.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management, residential real estate, or hospitality management.
* Strata management experience is desirable.
* Proven success in delivering customer-centric outcomes.
* Experience handling customer complaints and resolving issues positively.
* High IT proficiency; Salesforce, Yardi, and StarRez experience are desirable.
* Strong understanding of relevant legislation.
* Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
* Willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional resident experiences.
* Exceptional organizational and resource management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
* Proactive, self-motivated, with problem-solving skills and a focus on improving system efficiencies.
* Commitment to quality, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
