Centre Director
We are seeking exceptional Centre Directors to lead and inspire our teams at high-quality, purpose-built centres. The ideal candidates will be the driving force behind all daily operations, team leadership, and outstanding family and community engagement. Multiple roles are available across various locations NOR and SOR in Perth.
Responsibilities for the Centre Director position:
* Oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and company policies
* Maintain high standards for the centre's appearance and work practices.
* Manage staff and create efficient rosters.
* Provide strong leadership and guidance to all team members.
* Ensure educators deliver excellent early learning programs that meet high standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, families, children, and the local community.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Previous experience as a Centre Director in early childhood education.
* Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
* Current Working with Children Check
* Valid Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates.
* A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
* The ability to effectively lead and mentor a team of early childhood professionals.
* High-level verbal and written communication skills.
* A commitment to coordinating and participating in ongoing professional development for educators.
