Job Description
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and segments
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Actively promote the area as a destination to boost business room nights
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
Qualifications
* Demonstrated Business Development, Sales or Account Management experience in a hotel or related tourism industry
* Strong track record for meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset
* Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into successful outcomes
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and represent the brand at industry events
* Sales & Marketing or Hospitality qualifications highly regarded
