About the Role:
* Lead a crew of up to 20 to execute works
* Communicate Labour requirements to Construction manager/labour allocator
* Create and assist in gathering tool and equipment lists for works
* Complete SWMS, prestart, take 5 and permits for works
* Work to job scopes and schedules and submit daily reports
* Complete and submit accurately time/day sheets
* Work collectively with all required stakeholders and managers.
* Liaise with and plan works with clients as required on the job and attend client meetings if required
* Develop and complete ITP's and ITC's
* Participate in trade performance management.
* Manage Subcontractors on site
* Ensure effective management of incidents, injuries, and safety concerns, ensuring compliance, resolution and on-site procedures followed.
* Oversee and lead Alfabs trade labour on site and liaise with site team.
About You:
* 2+ years experience in a similar role
* Site based experience in industrial environment or heavy industry
* Trade qualification or relevant qualification
* Strong commitment to safety
* Willing work on tasks involving on and off-site work including irregular hours
* Strong teamwork skills
* Ability to travel and stay at distance for work
* Basic IT skills with Excel, Word and Outlook
* Ability to pass regular drug and alcohol testing
* Hold a current drivers license
* Current White Card
* Strong Customer service and Communication skills
* Thorough understanding of drawings and scope of works
