We are recruiting for a Store Manager to lead a busy, popular Colac store. We are looking for an amazing, inspiring and passionate leader who can drive exceptional customer experiences, lead a dynamic team, and achieve financial and people goals.
Overview As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations for a high-volume store, optimise product presentation and sales, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures and OH&S; standards to maintain a safe and positive workplace. You will lead by example on the shop floor, coach and develop your team, and manage inventory levels to support business performance.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Manage high-volume inventory and ensure accurate stock control.
Optimise product presentation and merchandising to drive sales.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and OH&S; standards.
Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve financial and team goals.
Provide training and ongoing coaching to staff on the shop floor.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven leadership/management experience in retail; trades or automotive background is an advantage but not essential.
Strong customer focus and track record of achieving sales and team targets.
Ability to train, motivate and manage a diverse team.
Commitment to operational excellence and safe work practices.
