What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting clients with personal care and daily living in line with their care plans
- Supporting clients with transport, social activities, and community access
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting changes to ensure the best possible care
- Providing support in the home including meal preparation, medication assistance, and light domestic tasks
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III in Individual Support – Ageing (or studying towards it), or a higher qualification (desirable)
- Your own reliable vehicle, Queensland Green P licence (or above), and comprehensive insurance
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- A passion for helping people flourish in their everyday lives
Experienced but not yet qualified?
We also welcome Community Care Workers to join us in roles focused on domestic support and everyday assistance
