Project Controls Specialist
This role presents an opportunity for a Project Controls Officer to enhance their professional portfolio by taking on new challenges.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project finances, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering timely status reports to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Update project financial data, including budgets, actual costs, and forecasts, and prepare detailed cost reports to ensure projects remain within guidelines
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including resourced activities, critical path methodology, and logically linked tasks
* Track, monitor, measure, and report on project progress throughout its lifecycle
* Support project control processes, such as change management procedures, to effectively manage project scope, schedule, and costs
* Identify and report potential cost and schedule risks and advise on mitigation strategies
* Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status and performance metrics
* Establish and maintain project documentation and records
