* Management of administration components including reporting, financial administration, and analysis of reconditioning costs to maximise profit.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in a similar automotive industry role, demonstrate strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and exhibit outstanding negotiation skills. They should also be able to set goals and targets, lead the team to success, and have knowledge of motor dealership systems and intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
