Job Title: Key Partner
This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the First Nations Engagement Team in implementing RoadTek’s small, medium and Indigenous business procurement and supplier participation program.
* Lead the development of frameworks for subcontractor and supplier engagement.
* Provide expert advice on culturally safe and inclusive subcontractor sourcing strategies to project and procurement teams.
* Maintain accurate supplier participation data, performance metrics and reporting dashboards.
