About the role
Link-Force Au' is seeking a skilled Crawler Crane Operator to join our team in Perth, WA. As a Crawler Crane Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of crawler cranes in construction sites. This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle.
What you'll be doing
* Operate crawler cranes in a safe and efficient manner to lift and move heavy materials and equipment on construction sites
* Carry out pre-operational checks and maintain the crane in good working condition
* Communicate effectively with site managers, riggers, and other team members to coordinate crane operations
* Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
* Assist with the planning and execution of crane lifting operations
* Maintain detailed records of crane operations and report any issues or concerns
What we're looking for
* A valid Crane Operator's Licence with experience operating crawler cranes
* Strong knowledge of crane operation, safety procedures, and load charts
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with various stakeholders
* Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work on a casual basis and adapt to changing work schedules
