Dentist
Location: Ingham, Queensland, Australia. Salary: AUD 180,000–350,000 per year (basic retainer plus commission).
About the Role
Full‐time dentist needed for a modern 3‐chair practice that serves a loyal patient base and offers high earning potential and opportunities for professional growth in a rural setting.
Key Duties
- Provide general dentistry, including preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, dental surgery and extractions.
- Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene.
- Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care.
- Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care.
- Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans.
- Foster strong relationships with patients and team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice.
- Provide a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.
- Maintain patient records.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine.
- Valid UK dental licence with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (client support available).
- Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia.
- Strong experience in general dentistry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to high standard of patient‐centred care and strong clinical skills and standards.
- Experienced dentist or new graduate.
- Growth mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges.
- Willingness to relocate to Ingham, Australia.
