Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Maryborough is seeking a Diploma (or equivalent) Lead Educatorto join our passionate team and lead our Toddler room to success!

Your New Role:
Lead a classroom with enthusiasm, engaging children, families, and educators to create an enriching educational program.
Manage your classroom effectively, providing flexible routines and creative learning experiences.
Be a mentor, fostering collaboration, reflection, and respect within your team.
Implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program.
Tailor educational programs to meet the unique needs of each child.
Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Transition Statements.
Ensure compliance with Government regulations and centre policies to maintain our high-quality standards.
Establish strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
Contribute to documentation and engage in a cycle of reflective practice.
About You:
Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care as approved by ACECQA.
Working Towards or hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA (highly desirable).
Hold a current Blue Card.
Hold current approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates.
A solid grasp of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) principles.
