The Role
This is a senior hands‑on recruitment role.
You'll lead from the front – own roles, run searches, drive the recruitment process, and deliver a concierge‑level candidate experience.
What you do
* Campaigns – run job ads, outreach, and social campaigns to drive awareness.
* Sourcing – map the market, tailor outreach, and access the best passive candidates.
* Evaluate – run screens, interviews, assessments, and reference checks for data‑driven hiring.
* Close & land – send offers, seal the deal, and support candidates through day one.
* Pipeline control – desktop screens, scheduling, candidate comms, and debriefs.
* Candidate concierge – warm, high‑tempo, high‑standards communication.
* Hiring manager support – guide structured interviews, set expectations, and remove blockers.
* Systems & process – use and improve to drive fast, efficient hiring of top talent.>
* Employer brand – help marketing with ideas for content, video scripts, and campaigns.
Who you are
You're sharp, direct, and driven. You want to be "hands‑on" and love the hunt of recruiting senior roles.
Qualifications
* 8–15 years' recruitment experience (including internal).
* Experience with senior/exec roles in sales, operations, engineering.
* Commitment to find the best talent, quality focus.
* Hands‑on capability – sharp on tools and love doing the work.
* Structured approach – great with process and systems (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc).
* Clear thinking – structured, calm, decisive under pressure.
